- LSA to work 1:1 or in small groups with children with additional educational needs

Responsibilities
- Supporting children with additional educational needs in the classroom helping them engage with the curriculum.
- Assisting teachers in delivering individualized learning plans and providing tailored support to help children achieve their academic goals.
- Encouraging positive behavior and building students confidence and independence.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or similar role is advantageous
- A passion for supporting students with additional educational needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A clear DBS check
- Legal right to work within the UK
