About the Department:
We are looking for an electric car passionate to become our PR Specialist who is Polish and Englishspeaker joining our BYD team based in Poland collaborating directly with BYD HQ. It is a very exciting time to join our team. The position will play an important role in supporting the growth of Passenger Car in the Polish market.
The PR Specialist will report directly to PR Section Manager and collaborate with Polish PR team and PR Agency. Be responsible to build the brand communication for BYD in Polandby working closely together with the Senior Manager Public Relations and the BYD PR Team in Poland and in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Execution of the internal and external communication plan for BYD Manufacturing Site in Poland.
- Write and coordinate and distribute press releases implement activities coordinate with PR managers and PR agency.
- Maintain good cooperative relationships with press media digital influencers etc.
- Document PR communication resources and channels develop media resources and ensure visibility of brand and product stories in close cooperation with PR Teams.
- Monitor publicity and conduct research.
- Actively engage and Collaborate on any PRevent or activity as needed.
- Cooperate with the companys project and promote PR events and content analyze the effect of the activities and integrate the information feedback into the activity process.
- Be a brand Ambassador a solid teamplayer and work always with the Customer in mind.

- Execution of management metrics
- Writing press Releases executing events
- Monitoring stakeholder level
- Monitoring media publicity level
Your profile:
- University Degree in Public Relations Corporate Communication Marketing or commercial disciplines.
- Solid Experience in Automotive industry or Branded Public Relations field.
- 5 years of experience in roles related to PR & Communication management in Automotive business.
- Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
- Customeroriented mindset.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient and open minded.
- Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines hands on approach motivated to get results.
- Effective and eloquent communicator in Polish and English is mandatory.
