Join our team as a Maintenance Technical Manager where youll play a critical role in overseeing the technical functions of our Maintenance Department supporting branch operations and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall Technical aspects of the Maintenance Department.
- Assisting HOD in Yearly Technical Target setting for all Branches and achievement of Targets.
Service Responsibilities
- Ensure that the maintenance schedule Safety and Quality audits are 100% completed.
- Ensure timely troubleshooting of all breakdown calls and callback ratio is reduced.
- Ensure effective utilization of Manpower and achievement of higher utilization rates.
Repair Work Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide support to Branches in identifying the correct Repair Module.
- Preparing or verifying the Tech Sheet GADs Bill of Material where needed.
- Coordinate with other departments and ensure required materials are delivered to Branches and tasks are completed on time.
Material Management
- Discuss with the Repair Team periodically to discuss the Technical issues and advise Management on the action to be taken.
- Ensuring stock is updated on a monthly basis and maintain at required level (HO / Branches).
Technical Responsibilities
- Point of contact at the HO level for Branches to solve Technical issues (PM Breakdown Mantrap Shutdown LSD Repair work execution Product related etc).
- Coordination with various departments including R&D Repair Quality departments vendors etc to solve Technical issues at the earliest possible.
- Responsible for identifying Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan.
- Conducting periodic Technical Review meeting with Technicians / Supervisors
Manpower Management
- Responsible to Identify Training Needs of the Team and organize suitable training programs.
- Ensure adherence to the Maintenance Department / HR / company policies.
Miscellaneous Activities
- Ensure achievement of client satisfaction by prompt response to customer issues.
- Branch audit visits to monitor the activities.
- Ensure that software / database are updated on time and used effectively.
- Ensure to provide necessary Reports
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in technical or maintenance management ideally in a related industry
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills
