The Role
Do you have a passion for the energy market and want to use your commercial skills to help build the sustainable energy system of the future We are looking for someone to expand our key partnerships. This can only be achieved if like us you are convinced of the importance of a new sustainable energy system. You are commercially savvy and creative knowing how to set up collaborations that benefit all parties involved. As a Partner Manager you will be part of the Sales team which includes a Head of Sales & Marketing Business Development Managers Business Developers other Partner Managers and you!
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand existing relationships with partners while seizing new opportunities for collaborations;
Collaborate with development companies in solar wind and eMobility sectors typically operating before the meter;
Use excellent communication and negotiation skills to build sustainable and successful partnerships;
Analyse partner needs and develop strategies to enhance our partnership framework;
Demonstrate innovative thinking and generate new ideas;
Explore uncharted possibilities with creativity and expertise to elevate partnerships and contribute to iwells success;
Possess experience in renewable energy development.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles including indirect partnership development;
A network in the energy transition sector with a passion for the energy transition as a plus;
Experience in renewable asset development;
Enjoy working with targets and sprinting to achieve them;
Fluency in Dutch is required;
Handson approach;
Detailoriented and organised;
Able to explain a technical product in simple terms to clients;
Capable of turning customers into enthusiastic advocates of our work;
A selfstarter who can set independent goals and meet deadlines;
Excellent stakeholder management.
