Job Context: working as Graphic Designer will be the creative force behind our visual identity transforming ideas into captivating designs that resonate with our audience. In this role youll be responsible for developing eyecatching marketing materials that bring our real estate properties to life and support our brands message.
Key Accountabilities
- Design highquality marketing materials including brochures banners social media posts and presentations to showcase our real estate offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure visuals align with branding and business objectives.
- Create and manage visual content that highlights property features and engages our audience effectively.
- Develop engaging infographics and other digital assets for online and offline use.
- Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into designs.
knowledge Skills Experience
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer preferably within the real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Knowledge of layout principles typography and branding concepts.
- Attention to detail creativity and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
