Our client is seeking a skilled Emergency Center RN to join a brandnew Level 2 trauma unit providing highquality professional nursing care for assigned patients. This role involves patient assessment developing and implementing care plans and evaluating outcomes. The ideal candidate will deliver toptier care that aligns with the hospitals core mission and values. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for all shifts with 12hour shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with organizational values mission and vision.
- Maintain current knowledge in areas of responsibility through selfeducation and attending educational programs.
- Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory inservices and competency evaluations.
- Provide care to patients of all ages demonstrating competency based on patient needs.
- Follow hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
- Wear protective clothing and equipment as necessary.
MustHaves:
- Associate Degree in Nursing from a stateaccredited school.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (or must obtain within 1 year of hire).
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Georgia license.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) (must be obtained within 2 years of hire).
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (must be obtained within 2 years of hire).
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with basic computer proficiency.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing from a stateaccredited school.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
