About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of a globally renowned banking institution assisting clients with their banking needs and fostering positive customer experiences. You will handle inbound and outbound calls support backoffice projects and ensure a seamless customer journeyall in Czech and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Bank Customers: Assist customers in managing accounts and transactions effectively.
- Explain Products and Services: Provide clear and concise information about the banks offerings.
- Resolve Inquiries: Address customer questions with comprehensive solutions.
- Foster Brand Loyalty: Deliver courteous and professional service to uphold the banks reputation.
- Adaptable Scheduling: Work rotating shifts to ensure customer support at all times.
Your Skills and Experience
- Language Skills: Fluent in Czech (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- CustomerCentric: Enthusiastic about helping others and resolving problems.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Flexibility: Willing to work rotating shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Training:
- 10day paid training program (92.80 EUR /week).
- Training conducted in English.
- Successful training completion leads to an employment contract.
- Salary Package options: 1060.50 EUR gross/month (includes base salary room allowance Christmas and holiday bonuses and food allowance).
- 1260.00 EUR gross/month (includes base salary Christmas and holiday bonuses and food allowance).

Work Schedule
- Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day 1hour lunch break).
- Days Off: Two days per week (assigned by shift manager schedule shared 4 weeks in advance).
- Shifts: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM.

- Airport pickup and assistance with administrative registration in Portugal.
