Salary Range: Basic from RM5000 RM8000
Working hours : Tuesday Sunday (9am 7pm) Sometimes need to be more flexible

Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of the caf dance and piano studio apparel shop and childrens art centre. This role requires a versatile leader who can manage multiple aspects of the business ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management excellent organizational skills and a passion for the arts and community engagement.
Job Scopes
Operational Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the caf dance and piano studio apparel shop and childrens art centre
- Ensure all areas are staffed appropriately and run smoothly and efficiently
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets for each business unit
- Monitor financial performance including sales expenses and profitability
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to the owner/director
Team Leadership
- Recruit train and supervise staff across all business units
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
Customer Service
- Ensure a high standard of customer service across all business units
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints effectively
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Marketing and Business Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the caf studios shop and art centre
- Plan and execute events workshops and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with local community groups schools and businesses
Facility Management
- Ensure the cleanliness safety and maintenance of all facilities & Coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed
Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory levels for the caf and apparel shop & Implement effective stock control systems
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role preferably in a similar multifaceted environment
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple business units and a diverse team
- Passion for the arts community engagement and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software
