Science Teacher Opportunity at Reputable Secondary School in Surrey
We are pleased to partner with a wellrespected secondary school in Surrey dedicated to fostering a love of learning and academic excellence. They are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Science Teacher to join their faculty in a fulltime permanent position.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative Science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role entails fostering a passion for scientific inquiry critical thinking and problemsolving skills in young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement stimulating Science lessons that align with the national curriculum and schools educational goals.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and exploration.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular feedback and evaluations.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and across the school to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in scientific research and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree in Science or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary school level.
