Your Role:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of two small teams to deliver defined scopes of work.
- Produce weekly and ad hoc updates/reports and contribute to departmental meetings.
- Supervise the deployment and maintenance of a range of monitoring Sensors.
- Planning and coordinating resources and materials to support the programmes of work.
- Effectively collaborate with other teams within the business.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications: Entry level Health and Safety Awareness e.g. CSCS Operative / IOSH Working Safely.
- Experience: Background in the FM maintenance sector (commercial not domestic) with a track record of delivering planned recurring activities on schedule and supervising teams to complete specific work packages.
- Skills: Strong proactive communication and interpersonal skills as well as proficiency in all Office 365 applications. A professional work ethic and a focus on excellent customer service are essential. Applicants must have strong attention to detail embodying a completer/finisher mentality. A proactive team player who is eager to learn new skills.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
