Are you a dynamic and experienced IT professional passionate about elevating testing capabilities to the next level We are seeking an IT Lead Testing to build and mature our testing processes within Group IT. This pivotal role will involve developing a comprehensive testing strategy establishing governance implementing the right tools and ensuring the seamless integration of testing across various delivery methods. If you have a knack for leveraging AI to drive efficiency and are excited about leading a highperforming team this role is for you!
What you will do:
- Develop and implement a robust testing strategy and framework aligned with organizational objectives.
- Define test approaches and concepts for comprehensive coverage and quality.
- Enforce testing standards processes and best practices across the organization.
- Select and implement suitable testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Promote test automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Manage develop and grow a highperforming testing team.
- Establish the Testing Target Operating Model across Group IT.
- Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure seamless testing integration.
- Provide scalable and reliable testing services to various IT teams.
- Explore and implement AIdriven solutions to enhance testing efficiency.
What you bring & who you are:
- Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in building and leading effective testing teams in a complex IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in selecting and implementing test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with AIdriven testing solutions and an interest in leveraging AI for efficiency gains.
- Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Deep exposure to testing tools; QTest Tosca knowledge preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB CSTE) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional German or Spanish is a plus.
