Job Description

As a specialist in food packaging we manufacture and distribute packaging solutions for the agrifood and food services industries. Our business involves taking responsibility for our practices and rethinking our materials.

Thats why were committed to being a designer and developer of solutions for food containers committed to effectively reducing our carbon footprint and preserving resources and the environment.

If you are enthusiastic about supporting the technical and technological development of a plant at a time when the Group is continuing to grow and expand internationally this is the job for you.

Nutripack Olen a subsidiarie of Groupe Impact is specialized production site in the manufacturing of packaging solutions through thermoforming molding for the food industry (bakeries chocolate factories and agrifood businesses among others).

The site currently employs around ten people and aims to grow.

In a context of organizational and material transformation and reporting to the Quality/Production Manager

Responsibilities :

Your missions as a QSE (Quality Safety Environment) Assistant will include :

  • Ensuring the companys compliance with applicable laws regulations and standards regarding quality safety and environment.
  • Developing and updating QSE documents and procedures as well as risk management systems.
  • Proposing improvement measures and adaptations to workstations to ensure that staff work in safe conditions and if necessary supporting the implementation of new installations.
  • Planning medical visits analyzing and monitoring workplace accidents and implementing appropriate actions.
  • Promoting the QSE policy to staff and raising their awareness of the current rules and standards.
  • Organizing mandatory safety training.
  • Conducting onsite audits.
  • Continuing the implementation and monitoring of QSE indicators.

Profile required:

With a background in QSE (Quality Safety Environment) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role you demonstrate excellent organizational skills and know how to manage priorities. Rigor and proactivity are key aspects of your personality.

You enjoy teamwork and have strong writing and interpersonal skills. You are able to demonstrate both pedagogy and persuasion adapting to a variety of stakeholders.

A good command of spoken and written English is a plus. You are comfortable with IT tools and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
