What type of breed are we looking for

What will be in your bowl

• Driving initiatives to maintain and optimize master data governance across ERP tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) CRM (SAP Sales cloud) WMS (Dynaman) Aorta (B2B reseller platform) and other operational tools.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for SAPrelated inquiries and support for key users in daily operations.
• Playing a key role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of master data across various systems while providing support to internal teams and users.
• Keeping documentation up to date related to masterdata & ERP tool authorizations.

Key responsibilities

• Entry manage and maintain master data records across ERP and other operational systems ensuring accuracy completeness and consistency across those systems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular controls and adherence to data governance standards.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAPrelated issues working closely with endusers and IT teams.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and address SAPrelated issues and inquiries promptly.
• Ensure that data is accurate consistent and uptodate.
• Help with system and data migration tasks when required.

What skills & tricks should you bring

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Supply Chain Science Engineering Technology Mathematics or related field.
• Handson experience in SAP (SAP ERP or SAP CRM) support is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify insights and implement solutions to enhance data quality and consistency within complex master data landscapes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative problemsolving abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
