REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in the technical field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with office residential or accommodation facilities;
- Good PC operating skills (MS Office package Autocad);
- Advanced level of English;
- Planning and prioritization skills;
- Analytical and synthesis capacity organization attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Organizes and coordinates the activity of the technical department ensuring: forecasts of the evolution of preventive and/or corrective interventions;
- Validates technical solutions and provides technical consultancy;
- Organizes plans and monitors the activities of the teams under his/her supervision according to development and activity optimization plans;
- Validates technical solutions and provides consultancy whenever needed and in accordance with the maintenance plans of the buildings in the portfolio;
- Monitors the efficient implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance plan;
- Proposes efficiency measures in the use of equipment considering the results of corrective and preventive maintenance activities;
- Monitors the achievement of the objectives of each team in the allocated portfolio;
- Transmits all necessary information to the teams under his/her supervision to carry out their daily activities;
- Leadership and coaching with subordinates;
- On the financial side handles budgeting monthly profit & loss project management;
- On the legal side negotiates and supervises contractual relationships with both clients and providers/suppliers;
- On the commercial side provides support and supervision in offering services to clients related to assigned projects.
