Job Description
Job Title: KS1 Teacher
Location:Bracknell
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent
About Us: We are a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in Bracknell dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. Our aim is to support each childs academic social and emotional development through engaging and innovative teaching practices.
The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and committed to fostering a love of learning in young children. You will be responsible for planning delivering and assessing lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and assess student progress providing constructive feedback and support
- Collaborate with colleagues parents and the wider school community
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
- Engage in continuous professional development
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1)
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Creativity enthusiasm and a passion for teaching young children
