Whats the Mission
To provide a personal and extraordinary customer service experience for our community with a positive and empathetic outlook whilst using your own initiative to quickly and efficiently solve any problems queries or feedback.
What does success look like
- Helping our customers by being their first point of contact for any queries via phone email or live chat
- Being proactive when it comes to liaising with parcel delivery providers both in the UK and internationally to follow up on any delivery or tracking issues.
- Providing an exceptional customer service through digital styling sessions.
- Being our values ambassador and the face of our employer brand our values must resonate with you personally
- Previous customer service experience in retail office or hospitality.
- A flexible attitude and the ability to take initiative.
- A friendly and helpful personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Our values align with you personally.
- The ability to travel to our London office during the week.
