We seek a seasoned life science marketer with a deep understanding of the drug discovery landscape a knack for deciphering industry dynamics and a drive for impactful strategies. This position is tailormade for passionate highly organized communicators who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Description

As a critical member of our Marketing team you will collaborate closely with R&D product development and the commercial teams to craft compelling narratives develop innovative campaigns and strategize gotomarket approaches for our life sciences solutions. You will be instrumental in conveying our scientific and commercial value to potential customers shaping the future of healthcare and research.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a key role in a talented and diverse multinational team at a major stage in the companys evolution.

In the Sales team you will have to

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Define the customer journey and spearhead the development of targeted messaging and marketing campaigns to elevate brand engagement across all touchpoints.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product development sales and application science teams to craft compelling value propositions and refine product positioning based on market insights.
  • GotoMarket Strategies: Drive the development of comprehensive gotomarket strategies for new and existing products creating compelling internal and customerfacing materials that articulate product value.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and produce captivating written and visual content including case studies white papers videos website copy and blog posts.
  • Market Insights: Immerse yourself in the market gathering qualitative feedback from clients and staying abreast of industry trends through participation in events and conferences.
  • Identify and partner with future customers to jointly develop applications and publish the results in peerreviewed journals.
  • Understand the competitive landscape: Articulate to the company and customer base Depixus position and advantages of Depixus.
  • Take the lead on pricing strategy for instruments and kits: Balance competitive pricing and profitability.
  • Help develop compelling marketing and application materials.
  • Oversee the implementation of Depixus online communications: Website social media and customer relationship management system.


      You are our ideal candidate if you have/are

      • Minimum of five years in life sciences B2B marketing or significant industry experience in drug discovery focusing on targeting drug discovery scientists or related roles.
      • Bachelors degree or higher in a related scientific discipline.
      • Proficiency in MS Office nd familiarity with marketing automation software (e.g. HubSpot) and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce).
      • Passion for solving challenging problems using datadriven approaches.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders including scientists researchers and decisionmakers.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites conferences and other events. Up to 25% travel.

      This position is open for our Paris based office or remote from France or the UK other European countries to be discuss during the recruitment process.
