Position Overview:

RegionalSales Manager for the Truck Business is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales growth market share and customer satisfaction across Iberian markets. This individual develop and execute sales strategies and build strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Iberian region aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team regularly monitoring and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • and guidance to enhance the teams sales skills and effectiveness.

2.Customer Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers dealers and strategic partners.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

    3.Market Expansion and Business Development:

      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence in the Iberian region.
      • Evaluate potential partnerships alliances and distribution channels to drive growth.
      • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.

      4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

        • Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
        • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales metrics market trends and competitive activities.
        • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.

        5. Budget Management:

          • Develop and manage the sales budget for the Iberian region.
          • Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

          6. Compliance and Legal:

            • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
            • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues or concerns.


              Qualifications and Skills:

              • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
              • Proven experience in sales leadership particularly in the truck or automotive industry.
              • Indepth knowledge of Iberian markets customer behaviors and industry trends.
              • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
              • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
              • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
              • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Iberian languages is an advantage.
