WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing our AR department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage financial operations that are essential to our companys ongoing success. As AR Manager youll be the key driver of efficient credit control processes and will work closely with both the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth and timely collections.
THE ROLE:
As the AR Manager you will:
- Lead and manage a team of two credit controllers guiding them to achieve collection targets and maintain best practices.
- Oversee the entire collection and processing of receivables for our expos and publications ensuring seamless transactions.
- Monitor and enhance credit control processes establishing strategies to improve collection efficiency and drive daily best practices.
- Prepare analyze and deliver AR reports ensuring accuracy timeliness and actionable insights for the finance team.

ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- A strong background in accounts receivable and credit control management with experience leading teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy ensuring financial data is consistently reliable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
- A proactive problemsolving approach with the ability to develop and implement strategies for improving collection processes.
