Job Description
Ready to own and elevate a TikTokfocused service Were searching for a strategic proactive leader to shape and scale our TikTok department keeping our offerings at the cutting edge of the TikTok ecosystem. This role starts parttime with the opportunity to grow into a fulltime departmentleading position.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Department Ownership & Growth: Spearhead our TikTok services shaping a competitive ROIdriven service model and establishing it as a toptier offering.
- Strategic Service Development: Design and refine services beyond affiliate management optimizing costs and evolving offerings to stay ahead of TikToks rapid changes.
- Client & Lead Interaction: Confidently present services to potential clients handle evaluation calls and build lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Platform Expertise: Stay deeply informed on TikToks latest rules and trends to maintain innovative compliant service delivery.
- Comprehensive Account Management: Oversee TikTok accounts from creator management to TikTok Shop driving growth engagement and positive reviews.
- Business Leadership: Build a proactive resultsoriented team aligning department goals with broader company objectives.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven experience in TikTok account management especially with affiliate programs and the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of successfully leading and growing a service.
- Strong client communication skills comfortable with presentations client meetings and evaluation calls.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and stay ahead of TikToks platform updates.
- Teamoriented leadership ready to foster proactive problemsolving and collaborative decisionmaking.
- Experience working with remote teams and coordinating crossfunctional initiatives.
