Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies. This individual will plan implement and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand awareness website traffic and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a datadriven creative problem solver with a strong background in digital marketing and a proven ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO SEM PPC social media email marketing and content marketing.
  • Optimize the companys website for search engine rankings and user experience including A/B testing of landing pages to increase conversions.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to achieve traffic and revenue goals.
  • Oversee social media channels creating engaging and tailored content to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce digital assets including blogs videos banners and email templates.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer behaviors to refine marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present KPI reports to stakeholders providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.


Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs HubSpot and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management.

  • Analytical mindset with a knack for translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
