Job Description
- Lead a team of talented product owners dedicated to turning vision into reality focusing on releasing bestinclass digital products across the digital landscape in a motivation environment.
- Define and execute the product strategy roadmap and vision for your portfolio aligning to digital objectives and customer needs. Develop business cases to secure funding to achieve the strategy ensuring ROI.
- Champion a culture of innovation collaboration experimentation and customer centricity across the product team
Advocate and embody customercentric and personalized design and user experience ensuring our products exceed customer and member expectations. - Develop then live and breathe the digital product vision and OKRs that will shape your product roadmap and your teams product backlog and personal performance objectives
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to gather requirements communicate roadmap progress and ensure alignment with the product vision balancing competing interests and driving consensus to achieve digital objectives whilst shaping requests into manageable digital products and features
- Partner with technical teams and platform owners to define the longterm technical capability roadmap for your portfolio

- Minimum qualification of bachelors degree or equivalent is essential.
- 8 years of jobrelated experience
- Deep product management expertise experience working in airline booking flows / journeys ability to manage and motivate teams strong stakeholder management
- Proven experience as a Product/Portfolio Manager or similar role with expertise in in digital products
- Has knowledge of third party vendor management for payment
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive business results
- Experience in overseeing the development and management of multiple product lines
