Are you a data enthusiast with a knack for creating efficient dashboards debugging complex issues and building scalable data pipelines Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst and become a key contributor to our mission of driving datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
Tasks
As part of the Information Systems Division (ISD) you will:
- Implement IT tools and statistical methods to organize synthesize and translate data into actionable insights.
- Provide analytical support for complex data exploration and analysis.
- Create and industrialize processes for extracting meaningful data.
- Manage operations data architecture and database administration to ensure consistent performance.
Deliverables
- Support datarelated activities across multiple teams.
- Debug and resolve issues collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Build dashboards and scalable data pipelines.
Project Streams
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate ITside projects and enhance Power BI dashboarding capabilities.
- Work with business analysts to bring corporate dashboards into production.
- Define scopes and execute technical integration projects across the company.
- Address change requests and tickets related to dashboards and semantic layers.
Team Composition
- Work closely with a Product Owner Data Lead Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis/analytics.
- BigQuery: Proficient (Required).
- Power BI: Proficient (Required).
- ServiceNow: Competent (Desirable).
- Looker ML: Competent (Nice to have).
Language Proficiency
- English: Professional level (Required).
- French: Elementary level (Desirable).
Deliverables & Performance Indicators
- Develop structured data models and algorithms/statistical methods.
- Respond effectively to business queries meeting performance targets.
