Tasks
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Expert with a strong background in financial or fintech services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years working in quality assurance within a financial or fintech environment demonstrating indepth knowledge of industryspecific compliance data security and risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop execute and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts for our fintech products and services.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to define quality requirements and ensure they align with company standards.
- Conduct functional regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for continuous integration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot testing and quality issues identifying root causes and suggesting fixes.
- Ensure product compliance with financial regulatory standards and security protocols.
- Participate in design reviews and offer guidance to improve product quality and usability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to maintain a high level of product quality continuously suggesting improvements for QA processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of QA experience in a financial services or fintech company (REQUIRED).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes with proven experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices in the financial industry (e.g. PCI DSS SOX).
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium Cypress JUnit or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab or Azure DevOps.
