The Coffee Plant Manager will oversee our manufacturing operations in Kottayam Kerala. This role is integral to ensuring that our coffee production runs smoothly efficiently and meets the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food processing and a passion for the coffee industry. The Coffee Plant Manager will lead a team of professionals manage daily operations and implement best practices to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the coffee processing plant.
- Implement production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor quality control measures to maintain high product standards.
- Optimize production processes for increased efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Lead train and develop plant staff to enhance productivity and skills.
- Collaborate with the procurement team for timely supply of raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for management review.
Requirements
- 520 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of production processes and quality assurance.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
- A passion for the coffee industry and its production processes.
