Job Description
JD for Sr. UX Designer Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Experience: 5 years Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will work closely with product managers UI designers and development teams to design intuitive usercentered experiences for our products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in user research wireframing prototyping and usability testing and can turn complex problems into simple and engaging experiences that delight users and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design process from discovery and research through ideation design and testing to ensure usercentered design solutions.
Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs goals and pain points.
Create wireframes user flows personas and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product UI and engineering to ensure alignment between design and technical feasibility.
Use data and analytics to make informed design decisions and iteratively improve user experiences.
Participate in and lead design reviews gathering feedback and making improvements to designs.
Maintain and update UX guidelines principles and best practices to promote consistency and quality across products.
Advocate for the user and maintain a high standard for usability accessibility and inclusivity in all design solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5 years of experience in UX design with a proven track record of delivering successful usercentered design solutions.
Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Axure or Adobe XD.
Strong knowledge of UX principles usability accessibility and information architecture.
Experience with user research methodologies and tools including persona creation usability testing and A/B testing.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey design rationale to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative crossfunctional team.
Strong portfolio showcasing usercentered design work with a focus on problemsolving creativity and an eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights from A/B testing heatmaps or user analytics tools informs better design decisions aligning with user needs and business goals.
Knowledge of motion design principles enhances user experiences by creating intuitive transitions and interactions improving usability and engagement.
Understanding basic frontend development allows UX designers to create feasible designs collaborate effectively with developers and consider technical constraints.
