Job Description
Position Title: Loan Collection Manager
Department: Collections / Finance
Location: HyderabadChennai
Employment Type: FullTime
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and train the loan collections team to meet recovery targets.
Debt Recovery: Develop strategies to collect overdue loans and negotiate payment terms with clients.
Compliance: Ensure collection activities comply with legal regulations. Prepare reports on collection performance.
Risk Management: Handle escalated cases identify highrisk accounts and coordinate legal actions when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
Experience: 5 years in loan collections.
Skills: Strong leadership negotiation and knowledge of debt collection laws. Proficiency in collection software and Microsoft Office.
