About the Role
The primary goal of the Telecaller is to boost sales by reaching out to prospective students and generating walkins for the institute. The Telecaller is responsible for managing phone calls with students explaining courses and services and maintaining relationships. This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills along with the ability to handle queries effectively and maintain student data.

Responsibilities
- Make 100 cold calls daily to prospective students explaining the courses and services offered by the institute.
- Maintain a connection rate of 70% to 80% from daily calls.
- Generate 4 to 5 daily walkins from cold calling efforts.
- Use predefined scripts to contact both prospective and existing students.
- Address queries related to courses services and any issues students may face.
- Update and maintain the student database regularly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students to enhance engagement.
- Report daily progress to the supervisor including call and walkin statistics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in education and career counseling.
Desirable
- Previous experience in academic advising or counseling.
- Knowledge of educational programs and admission processes.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources.
- Background High School/Bachelors /Master s degree or a related field.
