Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Interface Developer and Configuration Specialist with a comprehensive background in designing developing and managing interfaces particularly within the Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills and attention to detail with handson experience in Oracle SQL and expertise in inbound interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface Design and Development:
- Design develop and manage customized interfaces on Kronos Workforce Central to support unique business requirements.
- Develop and optimize inbound interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and accurate workforce management.

Configuration and Customization:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements then configure Kronos WFC solutions to meet specified needs.
- Implement custom configurations to enhance the system s performance and align with evolving business processes.

Database Development with Oracle SQL:
- Develop complex Oracle SQL database objects including tables views PL/SQL blocks functions stored procedures and packages.
- Ensure efficient data handling and optimized database performance for Kronos WFC interfaces and configurations.

Technical Troubleshooting and ProblemSolving:
- Provide expert analysis and troubleshooting support for issues related to interfaces configurations and database objects.
- Leverage strong problemsolving abilities to resolve technical challenges quickly and accurately maintaining high levels of system reliability.

Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Document interface designs configurations and troubleshooting steps to ensure a wellmaintained knowledge base.
- Identify and recommend improvements for interface and configuration processes focusing on efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 810 years of overall IT experience with a focus on interface design development and management particularly within Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
- Kronos WFC Expertise: Proven experience in developing customized interfaces and configurations within Kronos WFC.
- Oracle SQL Proficiency: Strong handson experience in developing Oracle SQL database objects including tables views PL/SQL blocks functions stored procedures and packages.
- Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Inbound Interface Development: Expertise in designing and managing inbound interfaces for Kronos WFC ensuring accurate and efficient data integration.
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience with outbound interfaces and data exchange in WFC
- Familiarity with Kronos Workforce Central architecture and modulespecific configurations
- Understanding of workforce management best practices and related compliance requirements
