Your Desired Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
- 10 years of relevant taxation experience in public accounting or industry
- CPA license required; MST a plus
- Outstanding client service and communication skills
- Track record of developing new business and leveraging trusted relationships
- Commitment to developing deep and meaningful relationships in the business community
- Track record of developing profitable sustainable client relationships
- Proven technical acumen for complex tax planning that positions clients for growth
- Desire to develop unique business solutions in a collaborative teambased environment
- Strongest elements of executive leadership
- Highly respected people leader ability to inspire others to follow
- Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
- Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around you
- Exceptional executive presence and professionalism
