Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Maintenance Functional Consultant with 38 years of specialized experience in the Oracle Cloud Maintenance module. The ideal candidate will provide functional Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on assigned projects focusing on implementing the Oracle Cloud Maintenance application designing solutions analyzing business processes and supporting system integration efforts. Experience in Oracle Cloud Field Services will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the domain expert for the Oracle Cloud Maintenance module supporting its configuration customization and extension to meet customerspecific requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure Oracle s solutions align with their objectives employing industrystandard methodologies and deep product knowledge.
- Recommend and justify product enhancements to Oracle solutions to meet complex client needs maintaining a cuttingedge approach to technology within Oracle applications.
- Use creativity and independent judgment to develop innovative methods and evaluation criteria that deliver functional expertise across diverse business and technology solutions.
- Provide guidance and leadership in the customer s process decisions driving endtoend enterprise solutions for client needs.
- Actively support business development by delivering domain expertise on industry best practices which drive operational efficiency and client profitability.
- Lead and participate in design workshops and functional process workshops to define and document business solution designs.
Core Duties:
- Conduct business requirement gathering fitgap analysis and conference room pilots (CRPs).
- Configure the Oracle Cloud Maintenance and Cloud Field Services modules to align with client business requirements and document all application setups.
- Perform functional configurations validation scripting and testing to ensure seamless deployment.
- Develop testing scenarios validation scripts and lead client training to facilitate smooth transitions to the Oracle Cloud Maintenance application.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues acting as a resolution expert and ensuring a seamless support process for client application needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 38 years in Oracle Cloud Maintenance module implementations with indepth knowledge of system integration and maintenance functionalities.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle Cloud Maintenance and Field Services modules and handson experience with the full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Domain Knowledge: Broader knowledge of Oracle products and familiarity with industryleading practices.
- Methodologies: Strong grasp of implementation methodologies best practices and strategic solution design in Oracle Cloud environments.
- Configuration Skills: Proven experience configuring Oracle Applications to meet complex client requirements including functional process and design workshops.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related technical field.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Field Services module is an advantage.
