Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1hour unpaid lunch break.
Client Timezone: Los Angeles CA Time but managing clients across California and Texas

Job Description
Join a dynamic virtual team as a ClientFacing Accounting Supervisor. In this critical leadership role you ll leverage your technical expertise communication skills and managerial acumen to provide highquality financial guidance to our clients and oversee a team of accounting staff. You ll ensure consistent standards across deliverables and foster trusted client relationships by addressing complex financial matters with clarity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze detailed client financial statements payroll reports and supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities for financial improvement resolve issues and make strategic recommendations for clients
- Conduct video meetings with clients delivering insights in an approachable and understandable manner
- Build and maintain trust with clients when discussing sensitive financial issues
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of accounting professionals ensuring quality and consistency in client deliverables
- Manage multiple client priorities coordinating with team members to meet deadlines and compliance standards
- Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations providing training or updates to team members as needed
- Collaborate closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement and streamline processes within the firm
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting/finance experience
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory level experience with the ability to manage and develop financial policies procedures and team productivity.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related quantitative field
- Exceptional communication abilities to explain complex topics clearly
- Strong analytical skills and acute attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- CPA license is required and must hold a CPA certification
- Work experience in the audit department is a MUST
- Experience with US payroll is required
- Familiarity with US Tax Returns is a plus
