Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Developer with expertise in embedded systems RTOS and embedded C/C programming. The successful candidate will have 79 years of industry experience demonstrating proficiency in embedded firmware development lowlevel software design and the integration of communication protocols. This role requires handson involvement in project development testing and debugging while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain embedded systems and firmware for 16bit/32bit microcontrollers (STM32 ESP32).
• Lead the development of realtime operating systems (RTOS) solutions preferably Zephyr or FreeRTOS.
• Conduct board bringup lowlevel embedded software development testing and debugging.
• Integrate and optimize communication protocols such as I2C SPI RS232/485 USB.
• Work on industrial communication protocols including Ethernet Modbus REST.
• Develop applications using MQTT HTTP BLE WiFi and Webserver technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team resolving complex issues and ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define requirements technical solutions and timelines.
• Manage project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Participate in Agile methodologies using tools like GitHub and JIRA for version control and project tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of handson experience in embedded systems development with strong expertise in Embedded C/C programming RTOS (Zephyr/FreeRTOS) and embedded firmware development for 16bit/32bit microcontrollers (STM32 ESP32).
• Strong understanding of communication protocols including I2C SPI RS232/485 USB and industrial protocols like Ethernet Modbus REST.
• Handson experience with CAN protocol MQTT HTTP BLE WiFi and Webserver technologies.
• Proven experience in lowlevel embedded software development debugging and testing.
• Solid problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies using GitHub and JIRA.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering Computer Science or a related field or equivalent technical certification.
