Our client is a leading real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Monitor market trends to guide the companys marketing activities.
Develop marketing strategies that align with the companys overall strategy and objectives.
Participate in creating specific marketing plans for departments.
Oversee the implementation of marketing plans across departments ensuring smooth coordination among functional teams.
Plan and supervise the execution of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with directors of other departments to agree on suitable strategies for overall business operations and specific marketing activities.
Build a network of partners.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing and sales typically with a minimum of 710 years of progressive experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
Experience in leadership or management positions preferably in marketing or sales.
