Job Description
- Develop and implement supply chain solutions that align with business strategies adapting to evolving market conditions emerging business opportunities and cost effective practices.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Oversee logistics operations and procurement needs.
- Train relevant staff on supply chain management (SCM) policies and procedures ensuring adherence to SCM processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding various procurement needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure they meet quality and delivery standards.
- Oversee and manage the procurement cycle including purchasing processes.
- Maintain industry best practices and identify goods and services for contracting purposes.
- Supervise the tender evaluation process to ensure compliance with regulations and applicable laws.
- Ensure competitive quotations are obtained.
- Conduct monthly reviews of all SCM activities.
- Manage procurement team employees to optimize business performance and deliver superior service to key stakeholders.
- Track and monitor performance in line with policies procedures and performance metrics.
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to staff.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Proficient in supply chain management practices
- Excellent analytical skills and selfmotivated
- Over 7 years of experience in supply chain management (SCM) with at least 3 years in a management role leading SCM teams
- Global awareness and strong business ethics
- Experience working with retail FMCG or F&B companies is a plus
