Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. As an Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for building managing and optimizing our affiliate programmes. Your role will involve implementing and executing strategies to grow our affiliate network developing relationships with existing partners and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Platform Growth:
- Work with other team members to develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate network.
- Lead online and offline promotional campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates give them necessary support for successful product promotion.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster longterm valuedriven relationships with affiliates to ensure their continued engagement. This includes managing the affiliates community.
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates addressing their queries and providing support.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track analysis and report on affiliate performance including traffic sales and commissions.
- Use data insights to improve campaign performance and affiliate engagement.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the achievement of the organizations goal.
- Collaborate with the tech team to improve the platform.
Requirements
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the affiliate marketing industry.
Proficient in analysing program performance and using data to inform strategic decisions.
Knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Skilled in providing training and support to optimize affiliate performance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear and concise reports to management.
Digital marketing expertise is a plus.
