Job Description
- Provide IT support to users locally in Denver metro and remotely across North and South America.
- Manage IT equipment procurement including licenses and servers with a handson approach to Denverbased infrastructure.
- Perform account management computer installation workspace setup and network troubleshooting.
- Handle a variety of IT support tasks from hardware setup to technical problemsolving for a smaller business.
- Work independently onsite with access to remote training and collaboration with the internal IT team as needed.
Requirements
- Formal IT education (certificate or degree).
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting and user support skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoftbased operating systems.
- Selfmotivated with excellent prioritization abilities.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies.
- Certifications in Microsoft ITIL or HIPAA.
- Experience with JAMF or Microsoft InTune.
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools like Teams.
- Prior experience and skills in server setup hardware knowledge VPN networking firewall and WiFi.
- Experience with Office/Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

Successful Candidates will have: Education and Experience: Formal IT education (certificate or degree). At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
