Ecommerce Marketplace Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.based)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Seller Central Manager to join our dynamic ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Amazon Seller Central and a proven ability to drive sales growth optimize product listings and enhance brand visibility. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Amazons marketplace dynamics and a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Seller Central Management: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize sales profitability and brand presence on the Amazon platform.
- Product Listing Optimization: Continuously refine product listings through compelling content highquality imagery and targeted keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Amazon Advertising: Collaborate with our external agency to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns ensuring maximum ROI and achievement of performance goals.
- Promotions & Marketing: Plan and execute effective promotional activities to boost product visibility and drive sales on Amazon.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Brand Protection: Partner with external agencies to proactively monitor and protect our brand reputation on Amazon preventing unauthorized sales and ensuring brand integrity.
- Data Analysis: Leverage datadriven insights to analyze sales trends promotional performance customer feedback and competitor activity informing strategic decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with our customer experience team to address inquiries reviews and concerns promptly ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with marketing sales production logistics and customer experience teams to align on business objectives and achieve optimal results.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of 45 direct reports fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Amazon account management with a minimum of 4 years focused on Amazon Seller Central. ASC is a firm requirement.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth optimizing product listings and managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Willingness to travel domestically several times per year.
