Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Surulere Lagos State
Duration: 1 year (NYSC)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Intern to join our HR team for a 12month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in various HR functions including recruitment employee relations and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern you will be involved in a range of tasks including:
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems.
- Providing administrative support for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and files.
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
- Preparing HR reports and documentation.
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or related field from a reputable institution.
- Must be currently enrolled in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program with a remaining service period of 1 year.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
