We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to support our clients in executing effective
marketing strategies across digital social media and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a
creative and organized professional who can manage multiple projects while delivering highquality
marketing solutions for diverse client needs.
Marketing Campaign Management
Implement and manage marketing initiatives for internal and external customers
Create post and monitor content across social media platforms
Coordinate marketing materials promotions and campaigns tailored to specific
market needs
Support the execution of Out of Home (OOH) campaigns including artwork
direction
Manage digital and print advertising rollouts
Client Relations & Coordination
Assist customers with planning and executing promotions events and activations
Maintain clear communication with suppliers and vendors
Ensure timely distribution of supplierprovided content and materials
Coordinate community engagement efforts and sponsorship activations
Work closely with the marketing team to align with brand strategy
Technical Skills
Proficiency in social media management
Experience with digital marketing tools
Basic design capabilities using tools like Canva
Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing or related field
Strong project management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in local or franchise marketing
Strong understanding of local marketing trends and consumer behaviour
Previous experience in client relationship management
Bcom Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1 year of general marketing experience / Proven experience in marketing or a related role (internships or previous positions are beneficial). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms). Design apps: Canva, Google Workspace, LinkedIn and Facebook, Instagram, X, GMB, etc. knowledge and experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Enthusiasm for working in a multi-brand, collaborative environment.
