Job Description
The purpose of is to support the Maintenance Reliability Supervisor it is multifaceted supporting reliability supervisor and contributing to overall reliability strategies within an organization. It is to provide administrative support data collection and analysis documentation and reporting coordination and communication.
Skills :
Reliability Analysis
- Assist and support with reliability assessments with equipment and systems to identify vulnerabilities failures modes and reoccurring issues
Root Cause Analysis
- Support Maintenance Reliability Supervisor with root cause analysis
Spare Parts Management
- Assist with keeping track of critical spare parts and flag when inventory is low to minimize down time
Documentation and Reporting
- Assist with information relating to equipment reliability data maintenance activities
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support Maintenance Reliability Supervisor driving a culture of reliability excellence within the organization.
Health and Safety
- Participate in safety forums created by Soill for example safety meetings and safety talks
- Followup on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / management
- Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
- Attend safety education and refresher programmes
- Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
- Distribute safety information as and when required
- Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times
