Radioactive International Recruitment is a dynamic recruitment agency dedicated to building effective and lasting client partnerships. We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to maintain and grow client relationships ensuring seamless recruitment support and high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as an Account Manager;
- Exceptional English proficiency with outstanding written communication skills;
- Strong client engagement abilities and email correspondence skills;
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (Word Excel);
- Experience in recruitment or staffing is an advantage;
- Familiarity with ATS software and LinkedIn products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy market trends and best practices;
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement while ensuring timely communication and updates to clients and colleagues;
- Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction address concerns and identify growth opportunities;
- Create manage and present job descriptions gather rolespecific details and ensure all recruitment requirements are clearly defined;
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in CRM and ATS systems managing the recruitment process efficiently;
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and meet objectives;
- Monitor postplacement feedback and address any issues to support longterm client retention;
- Oversee partnerships and memberships tracking relationships with key partners associations and industry networks. Attend career fairs networking events and industry meetups to represent our company.
