Job Description
This role is based in Roseville CA but relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.
The Civil Engineering Operations Director must have the drive and discipline to monitor maintain and enforce existing department policies and procedures as well as develop said procedures as they are required to support new contract project requirements.
Base salary $$ with discretionary increases dependent on metrics / performance

Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering with valid current Professional Engineer
10 years related experience
5 years of leadership experience with groups of up to 15 people.
