What you will be doing:
- Manage the design implementation and maintenance of security technologies solutions and architectures.
- Ensure the integration of security controls throughout the organizations systems and infrastructure.
- Identify and assess security risks vulnerabilities and emerging threats and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Collaborate with the incident response team to develop and maintain an incident response plan and procedures.
- Oversee security incident investigations coordinate response efforts and implement remediation measures.
- Establish security monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
- Conduct periodic security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Experience with managing a Web Application Firewall.
- Experience with Email Security/Antispam.
- Experience responding to tier I alerts escalated by a SOC.
- Participation in an oncall rotation.
