Job Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Group s wastewater treatment plants and business in China ensuring compliance with performance and quality standards.
- Drive continuous optimization initiatives across the Group s wastewater operations in China to improve efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Identify address and resolve quality and operational issues within the Group s wastewater treatment plants in China.
- Conduct regular operational audits to maintain and enhance the performance standards of the Group s wastewater treatment operations in China.
- Provide advanced technical expertise and operational insights to support troubleshooting and process improvements.
- Prepare and present comprehensive technical and operational reports to the management ensuring datadriven insights and recommendations.
- This role will be based in China.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a master s degree preferred.
- 1520 years of experience in wastewater treatment water treatment concession business or a similar industry.
- 510 years of working experience in China with familiarity with local regulations and business practices.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both verbal and written) is required.
- Demonstrated leadership team management and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication organizational and analytical skills with a track record of operational and strategic achievements in wastewater management.
- Only open to Malaysian Chinese candidates.
