Position Overview: As a Mortgage Broker at St Trinity Property Group you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the mortgage process from application to approval. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals offering expert advice on mortgage products and securing the best terms available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial situations and mortgage needs. Provide personalized recommendations and explain the mortgage process in detail.

  • Loan Processing: Assist clients with completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Market Research: Stay uptodate with current mortgage rates trends and products. Evaluate and compare mortgage options from various lenders to offer clients the best possible terms.

  • Lender Negotiation: Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders. Negotiate loan terms and conditions to secure favorable rates and terms for clients.

  • Application Management: Oversee the mortgage application process from start to finish including submission tracking and communication with clients and lenders.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the mortgage process. Provide solutions and alternatives to clients as needed.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements related to mortgage brokering. Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process. Follow up with clients postapproval to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or similar role in the real estate or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses required by local or national regulatory bodies.
  • Proficiency in mortgage brokering software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Proven experience in real estate or a related field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and media trends. Ability to collaborate and support negotiation processes. Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate paperwork completion. Availability for appointments, inspections, and events. Proficiency in managing diaries and client databases.
