Job Description
- Conduct tele sales to promote and sell thirdparty products such as SIPs Mutual Funds and other investment solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and answer queries regarding investment products market performance and returns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by offering timely accurate and effective solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to thirdparty products.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in banking or BFSI
- Strong telesales skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
sales or marketing experience in Investment sector, bank and BFSI. Knowledge of financial products.
