Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across all kitchen areas per Health & Hygiene standards.
- Safely clean and store operating equipment crockery cutlery and glassware.
- Follow daily and deepcleaning rosters including floors walls and kitchen equipment.
- Handle chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Contribute to cost control through mindful use of energy water and materials.
- Ensure safe waste disposal and garbage collection practices.
- Support safe work practices understand emergency procedures and report hazards.
Health & Safety:
- Participate actively in safe work practices.
- Report incidents wear protective clothing and follow safety protocols.
- Engage with Accors environmental initiatives.
Customer Service:
- Provide a positive problemsolving approach to guest concerns.
- Actively promote hotel services and uphold Accors customer service standards.
General Requirements:
