Reporting to the Stewarding Manager you will assist in the execution of memorable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Care and inspect all flatware tableware and kitchen equipment to ensure a superior sanitization standard
- Clean and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other assigned areas
- Pickup and dispose of all trash in all food and beverage areas
- Ensure all breakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation and inventoried
- Report any instances of concern to F&B leadership including any items or equipment in need of repair
- Clean all dishes glass wear cutlery buffet ware pots and pans either by hand or by using an industrial dishwasher
- Ensure the kitchen & banquet Colleagues have the needed clean dishes glass wear cutlery buffet ware pots and pans required to service our guests
- Sort stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
- Ensure items are removed from circulation that are no longer functional
- Ensure floors are being kept up with proper sweeping and mopping and clear of hazards and obstruction
- Follow department policies procedures and service standards
- Consistently offer professional engaging and friendly service
- Other duties as assigned
