Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of technicians
- Overseeing and managing processes and tasks within your team
- Providing IT technical support to customers both remotely and onsite
- Serving as the technical point of contact for projects assigned to your team
- Consulting planning implementing and developing IT infrastructure projects
- Performing administrative tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments
Requirements:
- Completion of training or education in the field of IT or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
- Initial management experience is a plus
- Indepth knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications particularly client and server technologies networks backup solutions and monitoring systems
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Confident communication and presentation skills
